1. Must have proof of “Other Than Dishonorable” discharge (DD-214)
2. Be between the ages of 21 – 40
3. Possess a valid Driver’s License
4. Have a clean driving record (No D.U.I., reckless driving or excessive speeding tickets)
5. No felony convictions
6. Willing to submit to initial or random drug testing

Service Technician Job Description:
The commercial food equipment service industry offers full-time employment with competitive wages and benefits. As the second largest industry in the United States, the commercial foodservice industry relies heavily on well-trained technicians to maintain and repair their equipment and keep their businesses running smoothly.
Technicians will be repairing and maintaining commercial food equipment on the “Hot Side” of commercial kitchens. Ovens, combi-ovens, steamers, fryers, conveyor ovens, and microwaves are just some of the equipment needing maintenance and repair. Technicians can expect to be working in fine dining restaurants, fast-food chains, hospitals, schools, hotels, casinos and supermarkets.
Good customer service skills are a must for this job. Technicians will be required to work with a variety of foodservice industry personnel. Oftentimes, technicians will be working with chefs, cooks and business owners who are under pressure to have their equipment up and running with as little disruption to business as possible. Technicians must be able to work calmly under pressure, accurately troubleshoot equipment problems and fix problems correctly the first time.
