Today, President Obama announced the “We Can’t Wait” initiative which speaks to the urgency of helping “transitional” veterans gain stability and respect in high-demand, well-paying careers. Vet2Tech addresses that urgency with an innovative program aimed at helping to secure a veteran’s future.
On September 11, 2012, with the support of the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA), Ignitor Labs launched an online technician training program to equip entry-level candidates with the skills needed to fill thousands of viable job openings nationwide for commercial food equipment repair technicians.

Vet2Tech is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides scholarships to qualified veterans interested in becoming commercial foodservice equipment technicians.
Funding for these veteran scholarships is being raised through corporate and private donations.
